Deform collaborates with the school and assists with internships

Collaborating with the school to find the workforce of the future has long been a successful path for Deform. Every year, Deform receives trainees from the Practical Industrial Engineering program at the certified Technical College Möckelngymnasiet in Karlskoga. On several occasions, former trainees have been employed by the company

Right now, Linus Gustavsson and Filip Nordgren are completing their internship for the exam in June. Richard Mukalazi is in his second year of the Industrial Engineering program. These are good guys who really showed what they stand for during their internships at Deform!

In the picture, Linus, Filip and Richard stand in front of one of the mounting platforms they have manufactured and painted. One of several examples where they performed productive assignments with very good results.
