DEFORM MANUFACTURES PRESSURE VESSEL COMPONENTS FOR BMA IN GERMANY
Deform manufactures pressure vessel components for a fluidized-bed steam dryer aimed for a sugar mill in Sweden. The steam dryer is over 10 meters in diameter with thicknesses between 25 and 30 mm. The vessel consists of a 2:1 head (Korbbogen DIN 28013/14), a shell and a cone. All parts are built in segments and Deform also perform a significant amount of welding - both joining of parts and the welding of the inner pressure vessel attachments.
The customer is German BMA which is a global player with a dominant role within the process equipment for sugar and starch. We are proud of the cooperation and sees great potential for the future!
